Enhancement & Tint Orders
Ordering guide for enhancement tints, filtered and sport tints, prosthetic tints, specialty red tints, X-CHROM™, color matching, and other applicable custom tint orders.
Ordering Process
1
Select and Fit the Appropriate Lens
The eye-care professional determines the appropriate lens and fitting parameters for the patient.

Complete the Enhancement Tint Order Form
Select the requested tint, density, pupil or iris options, and any applicable specialty tint information.
3
Specify Lens Supply
Indicate whether the doctor or office will provide the lens or whether Adventure in Colors should supply the lens.
4
Submit the Order
Submit the completed form and required order information to Adventure in Colors for custom tinting.
Important Tint Ordering Notes
- Lenses should be properly fitted before tinting.
- Previously worn lenses should be thoroughly cleaned before being submitted.
- Newer lenses generally accept tint better than heavily worn lenses.
- These are conventional daily-wear specialty lenses, not disposable lenses.
- Typical replacement schedule: 12 months.
- Color is warranted against fading for up to 6 months.
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed because colors are custom-created rather than machine-stamped.
